Summary

This document contains the speech delivered by Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Secretary General, Ministry of Economy and Finance, at the Royal University of Economic Sciences and Law in Phnom Penh, 17 November 2006. In his speech, Dr. Naron shares some thoughts on economic policy and macroeconomic development in Cambodia. It focuses in particular on the challenges Cambodia faces in its development.
