This guide is intended for associations of micro-entrepreneurs interested in creating mutual health insurance schemes. The guide provides basic information on the advantages as well as on the difficulties of these schemes. This document is the result of a partnership between the STEP programme and the ILO's inFocus Programme Small Enterprise Development (SEED).
