Résumé

Given the extent of poverty and vulnerability in Cambodia, the need for social protection support is immediate and widespread. It is stated that the key question is how to target better the very limited resources that are available to ensure maximum coverage and provision for the poor and vulnerable. This issue is addressed in the study.
