Resumen

This report is an assessment of how the Thailand's Universal Coverage Scheme (UCS) performed in its first 10 years. The assessment was undertaken to better understand the extent to which the scheme was implemented as designed andthe extent to which it has achieved its intended impact. Other equally important purpose of this report was to shed light on what did and did not work and why, and to make recommendations to inform future UCS policy decisions.
