Résumé

The participants of the 7th ASEAN GO-NGO Forum for Social Welfare and Development, held on 12 September 2012 in Hanoi, Viet Nam, recommended the 8th ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting on Social Welfare and Development to facilitate the adoption of an ASEAN Declaration on social protection floors.
