Résumé

This document presents briefly different types of employment injury schemes, legal coverage, effective coverage, migrant workers’ compensation rights all along with the interpretation in the Asia and Pacific region’s perspective. The data and part of the contents come from the World Social Security Report for 2010/11 (ILO, 2010).
