Community based health insurance. Linking formal and informal mechanisms

Presentation given at an ITC ILO Training session in Turin, March 2008 on the linkages between community based mechanisms and statutory schemes or national initiatives with an aim to extend health care coverage. It illustrates different linked schemes through examples from India, the Philippines and Colombia.
