Summary

The ABND guide helps users to conduct an assessment-based national dialogue (ABND) exercise, which is the first step towards implementing nationally defined social protection floors (SPFs). It is based on real ABND experiences across the world. The guide benefits from a previous version that was developed in South-east Asia and can be used for conducting ABNDs in countries, training and self-learning.
