Resumen

Extending social protection in health requires identification of a feasible strategy and the definition of the right combination of organizational and institutional arrangements for each country. There are no cookie-cutter solutions and there cannot be universal bleu prints for success in combating exclusion from social protection in health. The challenge is to focus on the need for effective strategies and organizational arrangements that prove in practice their ability to achieve the goals of social protection in health.
