Resumen

This report, which has been prepared on the occasion of the second World Assembly on ageing, Madrid, 8-12 April 2002, highlights the role of employment and social protection as the source of inclusion in a variety of ways, and presents a set of policy issues that need to be addressed if "a society for all ages" is to become reality.
