Includes three sections: first a "background" section that situates the Korean Construction Workers Job Centre's ( KCWJC) activities in Korea's economic crisis and that describes the root problems inhibiting labour market function, second, a description and analysis of the KCWJC's programmes that directly relate to the seven dimensions of labour security, a description and assessment of the KCWJC's organizational competencies and last, a section for conclusions.
