Health Care Privatization: Wokers' Insecurities in Eastern Europe, Geneva, December 6-7, 2001.The profound changes that are taking place in health care services in Eastern Europe, and in many other parts of the world, are having negative effects on workers, and on the public as a whole. Management systems also have been negatively impacted by reforms in the region, accompanied by negative effects on the delivery of health services to both workers and the public.
