KPI Workshop, 13 Dec 2013, Hanoi

On 20 August 2013, a tripartite stakeholders’ meeting organized by BOE in Hanoi discussed on a list of key performance and operations indicators. The feasibility of the proposed KPIs list was tested at provincial level, Binh Duong and Hua Dong Provinces, during November and December.

BOE conveyed a tripartite workshop to share the results of the KPIs testing and further refine the list of KPIs. The workshop was attended by representatives of ESCs, DOLISA, VSS, VGCL, and VCCI.
