Résumé

Over April 13th-16th 2015, the ILO together with Irish Aid, Unicef and social partners organized a high level "Dialogue and Learning event" on "Institutionalizing and Administering Non Contributory National Social Protection Programmes" which took place at the Panafric Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. A time for constructive and fruitful discussions about how to find a learning system approach to exchange information about legal frameworks, international and regional standards, finance and investment for the process of implementing social protection.
