Résumé

At the South-South Exchange Conference on "Integrating Social Policies and the Delivery of the Social Protection Floor" organized by the ILO and the Royal Government of Cambodia in May 2013, Ms Lucia Mina Rosero from Colombia, presented on the System of identification for social assistance beneficiaries in Colombia, commonly known as SISBEN. It includes uniform norms and procedures to gather information in order to select beneficiaries for social programmes.
