Summary

This document presents an assessment of the current scope, operation and impact of existing non-contributory social protection programmes providing maternity protection in kind (including nutritional support) and cash benefits and access to pre-natal, child birth and post-natal health care and hospitalization to vulnerable and poor women in Zambia.
