The Decent Work Country Programme for Nepal, established in consultation with ILO tripartite constituents, lays out as its objective "To generate productive employment, guaranteeing equal employment opportunities for all, based on a floor of social protection and the full participation of the social partners through strengthening their capacity for social dialogue".
