Summary
This information note is designed to describe the current situation in the ILO as regards its standards-related activities. It covers work carried out over the last 20 years, although emphasis is laid on the work of the last decade. In this context, documents of the International Labour Conference and the Governing Body of the ILO have been examined, along with those of their various committees.
